For arrival services, our agents monitor the actual flight information to be on time to meet you. However, for services on departure, we rely on the information from you directly; if your flight is delayed, just let us know and we'll edit the meeting time at the airport accordingly. In case your flight is canceled, please contact us and you will find all the information in our reply.
Fast Track (Meet & Greet) service is paid by each passport, so each passenger, including kids will be charged. There are no discounts available for children, except for the free entrance to the airport lounge for kids under 2 years old.
For most airports in Egypt, service booked same day can be fulfilled, however, we still recommend you book not later than a day in advance to let us ensure the best possible service for you.
